Unlike PenPick software, this Free Color Picker doesn't suggest pencils but only displays the color swatches you select from your uploaded images. Each time you pick a new color, it's added to the list of swatches. You can easily copy the color codes (HEX, RGB, and CMYK) by clicking or tapping on a swatch.
